Attento Services Limited operates a technology platform that connects customers with independent SIA-licensed security personnel. Attento is a marketplace platform — we do not employ, supervise, or direct security guards directly.
To use Attento you must be at least 18 years old and located in the United Kingdom. Security personnel must hold a valid SIA licence for the services they provide.
Customers can request ASAP or scheduled security bookings through the app. All bookings are subject to guard availability. A minimum booking duration of 1 hour applies.
Guard hourly rates are displayed before you confirm a booking. The minimum platform rate is £20.00 per hour. Emergency callouts are charged at a minimum of £25.00 per hour. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will be charged on job completion. Attento retains a platform commission from each transaction. Guards receive their earnings within 7 days of job completion.
All guards on Attento must hold a valid SIA licence, arrive on time, conduct themselves professionally, and only accept jobs within the scope of their licence.
Customers must provide accurate job details, only request services permitted under SIA licensing, treat guards with respect, and make payment promptly.
Jobs are started using a one-time password (OTP) shared by the customer with the guard on arrival. The OTP is only available after the guard has confirmed their arrival at the job location.
Attento is not liable for the conduct, performance, or safety of independent guards or customers. Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by our own negligence, capped at the value of fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
